No it is not, and you cant play with someone on PS3 EU if you are NA and vice versa

Oh god I hope they don't.
I don't want to play with anyone from the EU, they'll just bring their lag with them.
I don't want to play with anyone from Xbox because I kick my own kids outside to play so I can play in peace.
I don't want to play with anyone from PC because they'll bring their hacks with them.
I prefer just playing with fellow PS3 gamers. That's enough for me.
