Frankly, I was a little sad when I found you could respawn in Co-Op missions!
I say, if your teammate falls.. you go back and drag their *** up!

Usually I'm not too far from where I died, however it can be a really big pain in the butt when I'm not currently doing any Main or Side Missions, meaning I have no Waypoints on the map to lead me back to where I was. If I'm just running around trying to find things to kill for the pursuit, and I die, well I'm not going to find where I was when I died.
So you never once went cross country chasing arkfalls?
Never cut cross country instead of following the roads way out and around?
Here is an example, leave Top Notch Toolworks and drive out to Tiburon Cove area where the Major Arkfalls happen. Another drive from Top Notch Toolworks into Union Depot from the west entrance, too bad the east entrance is the extraction point.
Better yet, be bound anywhere, fast travel to Bug and Chug (which had its point removed for some reason) then drive south into San Fran to Overpass. This was my first experience with the problem. Dying in San Fran after doing the bridge crossing mission then being sent all the way back to Top Notch Toolworks.
everytime I extract in San Fran at ts a trek besides that though NBD.
Careful, you might loose this fight, Anne Frankly why does everybody have to bring up the Nazis?

That's the thing-- they have the right philosophy, but they implemented it so poorly players can't see it. So they ask for other genres to get copy/pasted over.

I sometimes manage to miss extraction points due to driving offroad most of the timeThankfully I don't die that often. But unless it's an emergency, I spawn close by most of the time.
