Character Stats API

Is there any word when there will be a character stats API available to the community? Overall, this is a very simple task, and it would allow industrious units such as the 47th Legion create our own content for the game to keep our members engaged until a time that Trion starts adding content for us to do.

If you need someone to create it I offer my time free of charge for both development and testing. Without API access to stats, such as what is available for BF3 stats, I see a large portion of our players losing interest within about 3 weeks and sadly I don't see anything from the current dev communications that will solve the root issue in that time. The API could take less than 2 days to implement and open a whole new world up to the community driving interest in the short-term while Trion gets back behind the ball.

Some sort of GM response would be excellent to this request for information!

I am aware of what is provided there. I am hoping for community access to the API that is driving that so we can pull stats ourselves like just about every other game that is released these days. It is just something that is very important in my eyes for stronger community involvement with the game.

The biggest hurdle now is getting some sort of official response about this. I am hoping to have someone from Trion actually respond to this thread with some information.

the stat tracker is a good Idea and I believe it is already in the phases of opening up in your player hud at defiance.com/en/game
