As far as I can see via settings and what not, all options that would integrate into my mic working properly are turned on. I will double check again when I get on and see whats up.

yeah and check in game too to see if you have any of that chat channels muted, you can do that by going under social, i had the same issue until someone told me to check under my social settings in game, now when i group up, play co op, or even am just sitting at a vendor now i can hear some people in area chat, just make sure you set the chat channel up right, just press down on the d-pad and youll see area, group, clan channels, just make sure youre on the right channel

Ok so, in social setting, scroll through and make sure it says mute [whatever one] Off, cause if it says on, you have it muted. Also, use the D-pad, down button to cycle through the chat channels on the right side. It also is based on how close you are to anyone or whomever, on how loud it is.
