Bought clan loot boost... Instead I never got it and then a week later i get 167 hour of self loot boost lol... Thank you Trion i guess

You should have contacted Trion Support, that's what I did and they refunded the bits I had used to purchase the boosts. I haven't spent them again yet because I don't want to go through all that hassle if that happens again.

sad day when an once great gaming company such as trion doesnt care about their customers. To think i was once the person whom defended them in the game and on the forums , lesson learned , money is all they care about.

acturly any issues i have had where sorted with no problem but purchased items that are lost due to down time should be covered or froze

The more interesting note is why are people buying boosts? What boost is currently needed? There is no need to buy boosts to level as the levels are pretty irrelevant, all in game currencies are easy to get, could someone who buys boosts explain that to me?

I purchased skill boosts while leveling bolt action sniper rifles to 20. Tempted to pick it up again to level BMGs.

for 10% skill doesnt really make it worth it to me . plus the fact that you have to pray that you buy it during a day that the server doesnt crash for 6 to 8 hours is a gamble i am not willing to take again

they gave us a week of free boosts, so untill the game is down for a total of a week, nothing to complain about, I think they have been more than fair.
