That's "votuna"... it smells weeks old as soon as you apply it.
Just in case you were wondering,
The collective infiltrator armor has built in ac.
But it runs off kills, so if you don't shoot anything in awhile you spontaneously combust dealing aoe damage.
It's a great tactic in pvp.
