    I would appreciate a "my account was hacked" option so my ticket can get resolved before, no offense, the rest of these whiners out here crying about oh my skills reset or whatever. Yeah all my stuff from my inventory was sold, all my scrip is gone, all my bits are gone, and all my boosts disappeared. And they tried charging my credit card on Trion's account page to try and get more bits. Little more serious than the other stupid problems people are having.

    This is the tech support section and as long as there is a problem players will post. Reality is that there are a ton of bugs that are not being fixed since alpha and the only literal reply from GMs for those bugs is "there is no timeframe for fixing certain bugs" so "just chill" doesn't work here.

    How about i have submitted 2-3 feed back/ bug reports about how the game eviorment and people will disapear around me. now i cant log into my charater. it just sits at the loading screen after i select it... i did live chat with Trion......WASTE OF MY TIME.....they had me reinstall the game and all the patches... even though i told them i had already did everything needed on my end it was in the server....and BOOM here it is an hour later and still cant log into it....and i lose my boosts i had......im so tired of companys putting out games and then wondering why people get so mad when there ignored.......so far the customer service i have recieved from Trion and DEFIANCE is no better than the service i recieved from SIM CITY......and we all know how that worked out dont we?
