I hope it will because there are so few people trading on the EU servers and a lot more on the NA servers. And i wouldnt care about lag if i could trade with them because its a role play game its all about the items!

Can't find the post but they did make mention of looking into being able to change regions. However, don't hold your breath since they have a lot of other work to deal with first.
