    Adding Mod slots is BS!!!

It cost way too much to add a mod slot.
It's like they don't even want us to add mod slots.
    This needs to change ASAP.
I want more freedom to play around with mods.
I'm I the only one that feels this way??

I agree! i add mods and seems like the gun still sucks. like to know how people are getting the good guns and shields. I play a lot and can't find or buy many good guns. Doing the PVP i have guns that seem good and fire on someone and they just turn and kill me. it's like i was using a water gun...lol

Well adding Mod slots is costly yes but I don't like that when a weapon levels you have to change the weapon if you want the skill to increase in that weapon type. I would like that to change first before mod slots. If they did change that you wouldn't have to spend so much ark resources to retrieve the mods you already have.

The game will improve with age.

its worth note that as your ego increases the number of mod slots available on drops increases as well, till you reach a point, then you lose the mod slots but it adds a synergy and you start adding mod slots as you continue to level again.

^This. Most greens and blues I pick up as drops now have at least 2 or 3 slots already ready to fill with a mod. Yes, adding mod slots is expensive, but I think the devs' aim there s to make you think about doing it before just modding willy nilly. The good thing is that removing mods to save the weapon is relatively cheap. Also, ark salvage starts to pile up as you level given you balance between salvaging and selling loot you don't want to keep.

I thought the same thing at first, but with salvage all the crap I pick up , I have more resources than I know what to do with.

If you can mod all willy nilly, then how are you suppose to figure out what works best for you. There needs to be more freedom.

If you want more freedom try welfare. Paying for mods slots is the only use for salvage. stop modding every single gun you pick up is no point in it. Till you max your weapon skills I wouldnt keep more then one set of weapons fully modded then rotate it out every 500 ego.
