'Legendary' Weapons aren't as Legendary as they appear, quit whining and go get a Tier 4. Failing that earn some trust and have a friend trade with you, that's how I got mine. Failing that...,buy one from another player.

But seriously the crappy Legendaries far outweigh the good ones, someone with sense will probably just throw one at you.
