Ive tried logging out and back in and ive tried dashboarding. The same thing is happening to my friend.

This same thing happened to me when I bought the game, I have no idea how it fixed itself but it started working the next day when I logged on again, it was also happening to my friend and nearly everyone I saw shortly after that.
