I will always try to revive anyone period. The only thing all of us (myself included) have to do is have patience. You cannot try to revive someone in the middle of firefights and enemy mobs as then you yourself will go down. I like to try to position myself in the duck position behind something and let them crawl to me so I can revive without getting killed in the process.
I know this isnt real life lol, but it is the same in the actual military. You have to return fire, engage and neutralize the enemy before providing combat life saving skills to your buddies. You are no help to your buddies if you are now wounded on the ground beside him.
God has a sense of humor...just go to Wal-Mart and look at the people.
I only self revive, to heal my teams shields, Phoenix Boost is win. If my teams shields are ok, I crawl to them, in Arkfalls, I crawl, relax, take my dirt nap, until seconds remain, then I rez myself.
I look at it this way, your given 90 seconds, if someones around, and they don't get you up... open nearby, shout, if they still dont... well you know what they say about Karma.
I never stay in th open, I always find high cover, relax and wait, always stay out of fire, and I do get rezzed often, but I will never be "one of those ****** nozzles" and leave a man down. besides every revive helps me 3fold, more DR, faster self revive.

With 50+ revives to go for pursuit I mainly just just run around the last of the major to get revives. But when I see a person go down and within 5 seconds starting to revive and then they self rev when I'm half way thru getting em up just sucks.. But last 3 days after i see someone go down and I get near they disappear so I can't. So i guess I'm just screwed in getting em any time soon lol
Since I was able to complete this I just kind of stay down choosing not to waste the self revive. Though I've noticed that a lot of people do not want to self revive or notice you even if you are laying right at their feet.
Any time I see anyone down I revive them, not because I get stuff out of it, well I guess I do get something out of it it makes my life easier having an extra gun helping out and hopefully I'll get revived when it's my turn.
But what I will say it isn't easy to see someone down when all hell is breaking out around you, if they could make it easier to see downed people I'm sure more would help.

Who cares about being on the top of the list? It gets you nothing anyways. If anything, it's worse. I've gotten top spot numerous times and got only 3 or 4 keycodes for doing most of the work. Now, I just heal everyone with my bmg because it always gives me 5 keycodes and bmg weapon skill. If anyone is trying to get that revive pursuit while I'm around, tough spit.
When i'm bored I randomly grenade myself or let myself get downed just to get revived. It helps people's pursuits so why not?
