    You play or you work?

This sentence is just good to show that you never understand what is a game, you are not meant to work in a game, you're just here to play...

But what I believe is that some ppl are lost in this game, because in other games they just have to spend hours to be good, but they are not good, it's just their stuff that make them better than the noob.

All you want is just a WOW clone, so plz just return in your uber game to work and let us play.

Where did i say i didn't like the game? I come on here to have constructive debates with people, i haven't played the game in about a week mainly because there is nothing worth my while doing at the moment. Just because someone says something negative about the game does not mean they don't like it.

People like you are what is wrong with this game, i am not hating, spewing i quit or anything of the like around these forums. I come on here to put forward ideas that i think will make this game have a longer life span. The way it is at the moment, without some sort of progression people won't stick around. Trust me on that one.

I am not sure how you play the game but evidently it is very different from how I play the game. Do you PVP? Do you care about your damage rankings at arkfalls and co-ops? Do you actively make the game more challenging by using different weapons or turning aim assist off?.

There are lots, and I mean this, lots of people that will not stick around if this game adds ego progression. SO MANY games already work like that and plenty of people, including me, love that the primary measure of a player in defiance is their SKILL not their level or their weapons.

Evidently different? How so? Not being elitist here but this game is not difficult in the slightest, to answer your questions, I rarely PvP, not just in this but in any mmo, in this though the times i have it's nothing but cloaked shotgunners so not really the most fun in the world. As for Arkfalls and Co-ops i am usually in either top of the meters or second, using a wolfhound pistol on Arkfalls is easy mode though.

Yes that is all fine for PvP, i have no issues with that. Keep PvP the way it is, that for the most part is the only thing that takes any skill at all. For PvE however i don't see how having progression would harm the game in any way at all. There is no skill in Pve at the moment, having raids where you need better gear, communication, team based skill with your clan can only seem like a good thing in my opinion.

The people who came expecting a shooter mmorpg where level 1s are at the total mercy of level 100s will not stick around. The question, did Trion make the game for those type of people? There are many of us who are extremely pleased with the flattened leveling. The minor bonuses, combined with outfits gathered from pursuits are more than enough to keep people playing.

If you want a greater sense of progression based on you level compared to level 1, it'll probably never happen and the game does not need it.

please explain why a level grind type progression is required for raids?

Yeah, OR maybe they can come up with a NEW idea. You know, one that hasn't been used for over a decade. Wouldn't that be something. I get the concept of a raid, make a fight so difficult and add so many random nuances that you HAVE to have team coordination to win. In practice, it usually consists of 48 players with about 20 of those actually contributing much and a raid leader who watched a youtube video. Not really a lot of skill there.

I understand your point about aspects of the game seeming to easy, especially solo PVE, but there has to be a better solution then cut and pasting other game's MOs into this one.

How would level ones be at the mercy of anyone, there isn't world PvP for a start so that wouldn't happen. I am talking about having PvE progression, keep PvP how it is.
