chist i stopped reading after page 2. Thats all it is in here are fan boys...no REAL unbiased opinions. the one dude said "I try to hard..." lmfao I dont try to do nothing. Im just stating a true fact. Its been more than 30 days and this game is still in the same state as it was at launch...the servers arent as bad but still suck. This game sucks yall. Yall are just too dumb to realize it. And I wont leave these forums cause there are a handfull of COMPETENT peeps in here. I just still cant belive it that this game hasnt mounted up to anything the devs said it was gonna be before the game came out. "The show and the game are gonna tie into eachother and each week the show and game will change from the outcome of the show" well there arent episode misisons Nim Shandu (as of now) IS THE FINAL BOSS. I dont care what any of u nerds have to say. Once you beat him (your prob a ego 500) by then...theres NOTHING to do...and Persuits arent something your average gamer, like my self, will take into consideration as a "misison" because its not.

u7m they obiviously did something right with World of Warcraft. The graffix are liek Dreamcast (if u even know what that is) / Playstation 1...and that game is more popular than ever STILL after what? 10 years? This game doesnt have a shot. Its not gona last 6 months. The Show is gona fail after season 1 I will bet my life on it that this hole "Defiance" thing doesnt make it throught 2014

Has more content than Firefall does currently. Those that are complaining about Defiance not having content should take a look at Firefall, then they will see what "no content" really is.
I mean really, it has been in closed beta for SO LONG, and it still doesn't even have a decent gear system, or character progression.
That, and the game has been unofficially renamed EverThump by the players.

The game is a complete flop, the only people who would say otherwise are the people fully committed to the game no matter how bad it is or the people blind with fanboism. Before I quit my clan went from 50-60 active players during the prime time evening to around 5. That's just sad, especially when it's only a few weeks after a game launch and interest should be really high. And this is an mmo community clan, not just a random guild / clan.
There's nothing to keep most people interested because the content is paper thin minus pursuit grinding and the loot / progression system is completely unrewarding. I'll tell ya, getting your 1st orange weapon when you're in the 1,000's of ego and comparing it to your green weapon and not seeing really any difference, or it being even WORSE, just completely deflates the desire to continue gear hunting when you know it's all basically the same.
Add to that the snail paced updates and fixes, single player like experience in an mmo game, and going on episode 5 of the tv show with still no real significant or meaningful tie-ins and crossover and you've got a mass exodus. Our mmo community forum for Defiance was a bustling mad house before release and shortly afterwards. Now it's almost completely dead. Never have I seen that happen in any of the mmo's sponsored by our gaming community.
Maybe it's different for some clans, but if it is I'm fairly confident that's the minority because even from talking to other people in different games who have tried Defiance, who aren't part of our clan or gaming community, they tell the exact same story.
I wouldn't even try to hazard a guess.
Only Trion and NBCUniversal (they own the game 50-50) have those numbers.
Anything else is nothing more than fan or disgruntled customer conjecture.
