Any Else think its time to merge the platforms?

Is it just me or does anyone else feel its time to make the servers cross platform now. Im on Xbox and noticing a serious decline in players in the game. San Fransisco is a ghost town i practically did all my quests there without seeing another player and less and less appearing at Arkfalls now. Even the chance of a tv crossover or a another dodge colour isnt bringing my mates back.
I personally am still enjoying the game, just find it a little boring when im alone most of the time. The game is starting to feel like the film I Am Legend instead of an MMO.

Microsoft won't let this happen. If, in the unfortunate event, the PS3 version were to close I have less reason to think Sony would forbid character transfer the same way Microsoft will refuse to let go of character data from its cold, dead hands.

Which makes absolutely no sense. Microsoft has every reason to promote the PC just as it promotes the 360.

It's way past time! But very unlikely to happen. We played/tested across platforms in Alpha. But the strategic partners, MS and Sony aren't into a shared game.

Im surprised that any console player would ask for this.
I play on xbox and would hate it if the pc hackers we keep hearing about turned up and started 1-shotting our arkfalls.
I would like to have more players around. But unless they can make the game 100% hack-proof this would affect the game in more of a negative way than a positive.

P.s. This isnt a hit at all pc gamers saying they all hack. Just at the minority that would wreck it for others

Those people that cry about hacking are just bad. They get owned a lot and immidiately blame the hackers. This happens in a lot of online games.

The hackers simply ruin the experience for everyone - good players and bad players alike.



You're welcome to introduce a proposal to the developers of why a merge should happen, but it won't for already aforementioned reasons in the other fifty posts on the matter.

If you do make one, be honest - tell them the real reason is because you assume merging platforms will increase population and consequently socializing.

i can land the killing shot anytime.. just l2p =) j/k

it depends on luck and timing.. you need luck for progenitor , for helion you need to time the pounder and detonate when boss has 2% hp
