Where are the Episode Missions?

I know they are supposed to be Star icons on the map but I don't see any anywhere? Am I supposed to be a certain level or pass a certain mission in the story first??

There are no episode missions on your map because there are no episode missions whatsoever currently.

I can't play the ones that have passed?? I just got the game last Saturday.......

Nope, can't play them. The previous episode mission had quest to do with Nolan and his daughter. Since they are now in the city of Defiance (a.k.a. old St. Louis), they are no where near Cali to do the mission with you. Cali being the state where the game takes place.


EDIT: There was only like 3 missions though. All for episode one. Episode 2 and 3 have pursuits. If you missed it the mission involved helping them get the crystal they used in the show at the start. The long thin crystal object the put into the arkfall core to get the sphere object.

Can you help out a Noob... What are Pursuits exactly... I believe I completed one last night without knowing. Was destroying some Arkfalls infested with Hellbugs... I love the game and it being my first MMO, I am a little confused... Thanks Guys!

They are basically sets of accomplishments. Equip a pistol, kill 10 guys when you are cloaked, upgrade an assaut rifle etc. There are contracts too. Collect 10 pheromone essences from hellbug emergencies and get reputation currency for one of the factions. To see your progress, hit esc to bring up the circular menu and look at 'goals'.

The devs said there will be a chance to complete the episodic stuff after the first season of the show is over. So there is a chance to complete the episode missions and pursuits later on.

that would go againstthe time frame of a game/show crossover. He already used the crystal in episode 1. Even if the mission was to help his friend get the crystal and give it to Nolan, it would break the immersion of the game. How can you, presently, get the crystal (with the help of his friend) if Nolan already has/used it.

But that's IMO.
