Vote with your wallet. Don't buy things from the store until prices will come down (I haven't).

The way I see it Trion is getting those willing to pay $15 for an outfit now and later on, when they lower the price, they'll get $10 from the next batch and so on. As new outfits are added the older more expensive ones will be less "in demand" and prices should lower.

The less people that buy things at what they consider to be overpriced the sooner those prices will re-adjust to the actual market value.

I don't buy the boosts. Why? I don't see the necessity to speed up my gameplay.

I don't buy lockboxes with bits. I don't see the need.

See how that works? I buy what I want and don't buy what I don't.

You have that same option. Why moan that the prices are too high if its something you want? If you want it, buy it. If not, ignore it. If the price is too high, you don't want it enough, so ignore it.

This may work in a small population. I come from the biggest F2P, P2W, G2W mmorpg ive seen to date. It was interesting as we tried also to vote with our wallets, but Frogster pull a power move, they didnt lower the prices, they just added insignificant items to the list for the illusion of getting more.

Basically, its like 800 bit outfit, with extra boosts, they still make the money, and you feel as if you've gotten more for your money, but again, its the illusion.
Careful, you might loose this fight, Anne Frankly why does everybody have to bring up the Nazis?

    As quoted by Justin CarMicheal

That's the thing-- they have the right philosophy, but they implemented it so poorly players can't see it. So they ask for other genres to get copy/pasted over.

it says they don't expect many people to waste their money on outfits.
Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.

I guess you don't have much experience with the game Team Fortress, now if you want to talk about overpriced there ya go.
Yes it is a real place, and yes I really do live there http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intercourse,_Pennsylvania also yes, people have stolen the signs and other things with the name of our town on it unfortunately.

I was comparing prices, I never spent a dime in that store, If you want to buy those items so be it.

I would not mind paying for the outfits if they had a weapon or a few extra storage slots for ammo and various misc items. And the prices are high, the new 4x4 are viable though because they let you get from place to place faster, and if I read correctly this thread was opened to discuss the prices and what we think of them, so stop moaning about my moaning. I moan all I want goddammit.

Well, as a long time console gamer and a half*** PC gamer, this is really my first experience with MMOs. I recently learned that the outfit pricing in this game is actually in line with other similar games.

So I have to wonder if the pricing from the current store will reflect on the content, or lack there of, that the expansions will provide considering the cost. But yeah, I agree with the fact that most people will never purchase the outfits, so they can charge extra (or standard) because there are those who will, regardless of the cost.

If the game was worth the investment the price 'ld be fine.

But by now even though I got 3,1k EGO I can't see spending much more time on it unless they finally do something about PvP balancing and general endgame content, thus though I do not mind those prices I'm not going to buy anymore bits until this game proves itself to be a keeper.
