    Let's do some math!!

    Bits:

    $5 for 400 = 80 bits per $1
    $20 for 1,800 = 90 bits per $1
    $50 for 5,200 = 104 bits per $1

    Outfits
    8 cost 880 bits
    3 cost 560 bits
    2 cost 240 bits
    1 cost 180 bits

    Headgear
    7 cost 440 bits
    4 cost 280 bits
    1 cost 120
    1 cost 60

    Vehicles:
    Nomad black costs 960 bits
    Nomad pink costs 640 bits

    Growler Red costs 640 bits
    Growler White costs 320 bits
    Growler Green costs 320 bits

    ATV black/red costs 960 bits
    ATV black/blue costs 960 bits
    ATV green costs 640 bits
ATV ugly color costs 320 bits

If you want to purchase a complete set of outfit and matching headpiece:

SPD Heavy Trooper Outfit with matching SPD Heavy Trooper Helmet
    880 + 280 = 1160 bits
    3 x $5 = $15
    $15 = 1,200 bits
    1,200 bits - 1,160 bits = 40 bits left over
    OR
    1 x $20 for the 1,800 bits
    1,800 - 1,200 = 600 bits left over

E-Rep Spy Outfit with matching E-Rep Spy Helmet
    240 + 120 = 360 bits
    1 x $5 = $5
    $5 = 400 bits
    400 - 360 = 40 bits left over.

Now lets talk about the Black Nomad:

    Black Nomad = 960 bits
    You can do:
    3 x $5 = $15
    $15 = 1200 bits
    1,200 bits - 960 bits = 240 bits
So then it roughly comes to be about $12

    OR

    1 x $20 = $20
    $20 = 1,800 bits
    1,800 bits - 960 bits = 840 bits
Then it roughly comes to be about $11.

Bought inv slot for 400 bits but that was not transferable from character to character. don't delete the character your buying inventory slots for or its just wasted.

    I know that algorithm...

    Its 2995 + 2434 < A2 X 2434 = GREED

It looks really cool though. I agree with the OP. It's far too expensive. There is a concept called "minor transactions." Someone should introduce Trion to this concept. They might get on really well. Really, really well. Maybe a little too well.

Edit: Micro transactions. Not minor transactions. D'oh!!

C'mon guys, the truck does extra damage, so the skitterlings will be even more dead. Totally worth it.

If you start at high prices, you can always lower them and or create a sale. If you start low any increase will be fought back by customers.

Still holding onto my 1200 UE bits, because I think the current pricing stinks.. that and there's nothing worth buying.

My suspicion is they won't be changing the prices any time soon, but however a solution I think to get more people buying bits is to have a 50-70% on an different item every day or week so that those who don't have lots of spare cash to throw at this game can still have a chance of getting the attire/items they want over a period of time, but for those "I want it now-ers" can still buy it all in bulk if they so wish, however maybe at a higher cost in the long run...

Bought quite a few things off the store, Im fine with prices, after all no subscription for the game and Ive paid alot more for alot less (Live Avatar clothes anyone?). My only complaint is lack of things to buy. Be really cool if you could by a 2nd revive for the day, or maybe specifc mod locker or shild lock boxes.

Atm the only thing in the store imo worth getting for gameplay value is the inventory and the nomad.
