these guys need to realize just cuz they cant prove something happened doesnt mean were all liars ... noone has a perfect system let alone trion if they had perfect systems i doubt the game would be as flawed as it is ... i want resolution i want all my lost itmes back ... the original ticket was cuz i had made some trades with people for some nice shields and i traded they guy got my item but the item i was getting never was entered to my inventory ... so trion says to me we cant prove you had the item .... well no ****ako bro cuz they never made it to my inventory like i told you 100 times "i can undertand how that may be frustrating to you " as they say everytime lol i dont truly think they will get it till people stop playing the game wich i will be soon if i dont get something out of this ... not only do i have to play the game 90 % of the time without sound i get disconect every hour when i do shadow wars i get killed by enemies i cant even target cuz they havent rendered on my screen i lose items i lose stats y pursuits stick but yet im the one whos a liar lol they will realize soon enough we are the poeple who decide wether this game makes it or not

To start, you could make your language a little more legible.

You probably got the "ole switcheroo," as in they switched the trade to 1 scrip right before you accepted. This has been going on lately. Only thing you can do is pay close attention during trades.

This is so important when submitting tickets. If the customer service rep has to fight to figure out what you're trying to say then they are much more likely to blow you off when a generic response.

No the customer service just sucks. Submitted a few tickets and instead of an actual response or request for more info I just get the :

Hey thanks blah blah blah we are gonna assume that your issue is taken care of unless we hear back within 48 hours.

They are playing a common game in the customer service industry. Respond with nonsense and hope the customer just gives up and goes away.

Nothing new, just really ****ing rude.

Actually the CS is actually quite good. You have to understand they are hearing many of these same things 100x over. If something is really bothering you use the Live Chat. Yes the first thing they type is a copy/paste about how they understand your frustrated and they need your email to confirm blah blah, but after that they can be quite helpful.

That part is a little confusing. You can start with some punctuation to separate things, hitting only spacebar doesn't count (but hey, at least you did that. Right?) Then you can move on to spelling and switching out foul words with less offensive terms. Swearing at CS will only hinder the help you receive. From there lets work on your hyperbole, its unnecessary. Just use straight up hard facts.

Now, about your constant disconnects. If your disconnecting every hour, its probably torrents, netflix or some other streaming service. If your like me and have horrible connection at home (0.05Mb/sec), then don't do pvp or arkfalls because you will get disconnected when a ton of players load in.
