Also, I used to recruit for the Anarcho-Syndicalist Revolutionary Union <ASRU Ark Hunters> (on 360 NA), but no one was interested, and I don't know if I'll ever bother playing again.
I had this problem last night, I had to sign out then back in to get them to show up correctly.

Either that or you have completed them all, they lock once you finish 100%... But as one is a culture and hold I guess that isn't the case lol
