EDIT: Apparently its up to the community people as to what patch notes are released. So blame it on sledgehammer70 for not disclosing the full notes.
I personally would like to know when nerfs are going to happen so I can brace for impact and put some newspaper down, instead of waking up to poop on the carpet.
