Don't forget mob health scales to the amount of people nearby. That's why it takes almost as long to beat an arkfall with a group of 40 people as it does with a group of 10.

So i've been wondering about the Games Mechanics of Defiance, since i'm playing for now like 2 weeks.
Thought i would find something interesting on forums, but in the end, not "that" interesting.
I decided to try and make the point Myself.

My damage output is slightly the ones indicated on weapons' damage. My 1217 Damage Sniper Rifle, deals around 1200 damage a normal shot. It has a 3.8 x crit' dam, and when shooting at the head (provoking the crit), i'm dealing around 4700 damages. 1217 x 3.8 = 4624,6. The maths are done.
The only difference between theorical and practical damages difference, surely come from Weapon Skill / Ego powers, but we're still pretty close.

Tried the same, with my Pistol, and a bit of an AR, and the damages were the one expected.

But then yeah, I felt like some same mobs were no match, sometimes, but then could appear to be un-killable.. That was the point that made me need to check games mechanics... Just had my answer now :

I might be around again, for some more accurate game mechanics thought (Those are just the bases...).

This seems to be the case. I believe certain enemies have an innate defense bonus also. If Im doing say, 400 dmg to certain ones, I seem to come across others that only take, let's say, 300. This is also taking into account drop off distances.
