haven't ever noticed him but now i'm going to look for him....is p-ville short for pfulgerville....sorry may have spelt that wrong...
Notice how enemies disappear? that's the janitor, he cleans bodies up. Make sure to tip him.

I've finished the main storyline and do not believe he was a player in any of the storyline missions. I spent a good ten minutes running him and his clones over repeatedely while exploring.
