Incomplete patch notes are not uncommon, but a few of these are pretty big.

I have a legendary grind fragger that has 2 different + clip bonuses on it.. The base clip is 12 and with the 2 new mag additions both 1.10 and 1.05 respectively instead of having a total of 24 I now have 12.. The same as the base clip.. 2 bonuses no clip addition.. Sigh

Correct. Motherlode and the Mine 99 coop are one and the same. The mine 99 world location is completely separate and pretty much unrelated and has an "open mission", which is to destroy 99er parts and then erase some data at the end.

My bad. I consider the latter to be "The Motherlode" so to answer your question again, the world location.

For the record, this isn't the first time that Trion has nerfed soemthing without informing the community. In patch 1.010 Trion nerfed the legendary Detonator's +mag bonus (which was listed in the patch notes) and also nerfed the legendary Launcher's +mag bonus (which was not listed in the patch notes). Either Trion is making mistakes or they really are hiding their changes from the community.
