I haven't played this game for about 2 weeks because right now,its a mess. I will continue to express my disappointment in this game that i paid for,on the forum until the devs start getting their arse in gear and actually fixing stuff that matters, and not making things worse than they already are.
just simply stopping playing the game dosnt get rid of the problems. acting like nothing is wrong and being blind to the issues that plague this game don't help either.
I have every right to complain about this garbage game and will continue to do so whether people like it or not.
I dont bite the hand that feeds me i chew it off at the wrist.
Probably because many of us didn't just spend 60$.
I, myself for instance, spent around $400.00 USD on Defiance since the Alpha and pre-orders
(Ulitmate edition + Digital x2 for me and my girlfriend + add-ons), and i know as a fact, that i am far from being the one that spent the most on this game as we speak.
No time to ride the line!
spent 500+ on this game cause i was really hyped up about it i plan to make my thoughts known

Haha! You like to sniff basements?
I live in Australia and we don't have basements for 16hr a day no lifers to squat in and as for Red Bull... who seriously drinks that carcinogenic crap!? If you must know, I only drink water and the occasional peppermint tea and I have absolutely no idea what you mean by a "wotsit"haha! just Googled "wotsit" and I don't eat sh|t food like that... my body is my temple!
Careful, you might loose this fight, Anne Frankly why does everybody have to bring up the Nazis?

That's the thing-- they have the right philosophy, but they implemented it so poorly players can't see it. So they ask for other genres to get copy/pasted over.

It was cross-platform until the console companies pulled the plug on that, wasn't it? Everyone was together during beta.
I don't think a suit against Trion would be as simple as you'd think. Even assuming it was successful, it would just touch off a different powderkeg without actually benefiting you in any perceptible way.

Main point here is, the class action lawsuit against Gearbox and Sega made by players, based on the false advertisement announcing many aspects of the Colonial Marines game that weren't implemented in game at all, as a marketing scam pushing players to pre-order massively in advance.
The same happened with Defiance.
No time to ride the line!
And since I'm bored.
1a. Cosmetics that may be reintroduced once server stability issues are dealt with.
2a. again pretty much cosmetics and given the show is four episodes in still room for this to be remedied.
3a. The next crossover is already announced.
1b. I ride in my friends car cause I'm to lazy to drive a lot, so strictly speaking this is met, though I can see how a single passenger(excluding the cerberus which only shows up in pvp and explosions 101) can feel somewhat lacking.
2b. The random synergies applied to weapons above a certain ego or rarity accounts for this.
3b. You did this one, it gives the impression, it does not promise. most likely them hedging their bets while they were attempting to to get x-box to even agree to aknowledge the idea.
The list seems to boil down to cosmetics and your impression that a game tied to a show would tackle all of its crossover content within the first two episodes(though notably the shows main characters do step from the episode missions straight into the show)
