Defiance Season Pass MISSING CONTENT

I am missing the in-game lock box I think, where is it located?
I went to one and it just has the same options as before. The ingame baseball cap is there though.

Same situation happened to me I emailed Triton to receive nothing but silence from them

The lock box is just 4 random items. Check to see if you have any stuff you didn't already have.

If you still don't have it, go to the in game store and see if you have any items you need to redeem.

Well you can contact support and ask.

You have to claim the Lock box from the In-game Store.

Press Start > Left Trigger > Select Defiance Store > Scroll down the menu on the left to Claim Items

There should be a lock box there, unless you opened it then it would be items in your inventory.

If you didn't open it and you don't see it there open an in-game ticket or contact Live support about it. In-Game is easier imo but takes longer.

there was a glitch and people (me included) got shafted and they gave us sunglasses but the cap is back now. there nothing good inlock boxes anyways

I had the same problem my Hellbug cap/hat was missing along with a uncommon weapon both were on my character the hat was replace with a new sweet sunglasses. I could care less about the uncommon weapon since there are dozens in my inventory. I contacted support about my missing Hellbug hat and after a day I got it back. So yes, contact support about your missing Season Pass item(s) you'll get it back.
