Rather than complaining, perhaps you could use the "report" function in the bottom left corner of the post you are concerned with and/or use the "ignore list" (click on name of person you want to ignore, option is below their avatar on the left). I am assuming some people don't know about these. It makes dealing with "that guy" a much easier process.

From my experience, kids who do nonsense like that already did have their main account banned (from the forums at least) and are acting out. But if not, I hope he gets a fun surprise as you suggest.
I miss all the good stuff.
Let me ask you all this... was it better than the one time I was on the Xbox CoD forums where somoene was spamming threads and messages, then came on 5 minutes later and apologized because his "cat got a hold of the keyboard"?
Because I don't think I've ever seen a better troll than that.
