my disk got a scratch that wont let me play and i got the collectors edition and no best buy(which is were i bought it) near me has anymore so i need to know were to send it and what to do to get it replaced. i have sent 2 messages to trion and they havent responded. someone plz help.

If you bought a warranty on the game they will send you a new one when they come in stock or you can buy a new one.

dosent it come with like a 90 day warranty already? and i havent sent mine in because i dont know were to send it and i wouldent know how to make it so they know to send me a new one

and stores dont get collectors edditions in once they are gone thats it they dont get anymore so i cant wait for the store to get a new one

yes it would just give me a blank page and nothing ever happened i waited for an hour each time and i did it four times

You can always try to take the game in with your receipt to the store you got it and try to get a new copy it might not be the collector but it will be a new game that is not scratched.

just download the game. you're going to have to patch it anyways. once you input codes for the collectors edition on trions site you will get all your extra goodies. you really don't need the disk just the codes.
