Because the layoff was yesterday and I posted and pm'd almost a week ago, clearly the layoffs are why she hasn't posted... despite her being activate during that week, which was evident by her last seen... which was yesterday... hm. Now go to the corner and think about what you said.

Thought it over. Sledge nor she has posted anything of note today that I know of. Til they do I assume they are both toast. No offence just being silent after something like this is NOT a good idea. I recently purchased the season pass and wonder if no one is posting is because they are discussing with Microsoft how best to get our money back to us and til then they can't speak to us even if they still had their jobs.

Yeah, until the new community rep shows back up and assures everyone that she's still employed with Trion, I think it's safe to say that people who question the continued existence of her job have at least a little bit of a point.

She was mentioned in the live stream yesterday. She's currently helping sort out competition prizes. She's still working there.

No excuse for the lack of community involvement. I had the same discussion with dahanese, pointing out the CMs never post here other than to do the bare minimum updates. She replied saying they had a new person joining to help out (Morgana) but that's made no difference.

You'd think between the 5 (?) of them, they'd be able to spare a bit more time to speak to the players.

Sadly I don't think that's the crowd that got layed off, I think it's the crowd WE as customers need and not the publicity/web department.

Of the game... if the majority of whatever number of layoffs is from that team it seems the influence of Sci Fi (yeah work closely with another company for 4 years and tell them your screwing up...) and the FTP (after intial purchase) of this game causing Rift to go FTP might let you read this and think they are focusing on Defiance because regardless of actual game sells they are making ALOT of money from us regardless.

Concurrency for Defiance on PC is probably around the 10,000 mark and around the same for both PS3 and Xbox. This means that Tetris Online has a large concurrency rate xD

However they don't sell anything unlike this game. Think about the whole Angry birds thing. 1 sell for 1 dollar = no biggie but 1 million 1 dollar sells equals 1 million so if you selling stuff in a store for a over the top cost and people are STILL buying? You could make Rift and most MMO games look like charity.

I not gonna say so for sure and might take a few weeks to get a real answer however the sells the 'fanboys' got into might have made them turn their eyes and focus on us. First time tossing around money could make a difference...er..wait...
