Didn't know Trion had QA team? Well actually, I would rather have someone moving from the community management team to the QA team. Not the other way around
The game doesn't need more social marketing... It needs to get things done (and tested), fast.

Well, IMO, the community team works in two directions, providing info from the devs to the community and also taking the issues/concerns of the community to Trion. I think a background in Trion's CS and QA can be very useful for someone in this role.

With the new Castithan race being available in the upcoming DLC, will there be two new character slots added to our accounts so we can make one male and one female to match the 4 slots were already have? (room for 1 human male and 1 human female and room for 1 irathient male and 1 irathient female)

If not, explain why and if not, will there be an option available in the bits store any time soon?

A simple "I can't tell you" or "Let me check" or "That's interesting, let me ask" would've gone a long way instead of leaving me almost a week later with no response in the thread itself or via pm. What gives? kind of disheartening.

i'm going to guess the answer to your original question is "no", as pretty much every MMO doesn't give you character slots based on race/gender available combos.

though i do know there's a few people who've already filled up all 4 character slots, so i'm hoping there is at least a "buy a slot" option for those who didn't plan ahead at all.

Because the layoff was yesterday and I posted and pm'd almost a week ago, clearly the layoffs are why she hasn't posted... despite her being activate during that week, which was evident by her last seen... which was yesterday... hm.. Not to mention it would be extremely bad practice to introduce someone as a bridge for the community and then let her go. It would shatter any confidence left.

she showed up the 10th and I visit the boards daily and never seen a post form her and now the layoffs and no one can contact her. Oh yeah likely because she hasn't been much help since what? the 13th?
