i never thought i would be disappointed to get orange weapons so early in my levels

i got and orange wolfhound and grenade in the same tier 3 box, it was amazing or so i thought. it its a fantastic gun and i have blue mods on it and its worth 20 k but my level for pistols is , i cant seem to bring myself to go down to any other guns, with my wolfhound fully modded and my bolt action purple fully modded i can take out so many targets in just one loadout. im kicking myself for selling all white weapons, does it matter if they are white or orange or any color really for leveling. i wanna get my pistols to 20 then just walk around with my wolfhound and destroy monarchs on one shot on overcharge. ; )

What are you doing with your wolfhound to one shot monarchs? I know you said Overpower but mine still won't one shot. Now I can use 2 full clips of my ground pounder (10 mines) overpowered and kill a rescue monarch. That is the absolute fastest I can kill one takes about 10-15 seconds. I am trying my wolfhound in every way imaginable and cannot one shot the rescue monarch.

Doesn't matter color for leveling just has to have some of its xp bar not filled up.

You can level your weapon skills with any colour gun. When you scroll down the weapon stats, you will see each weapon has an experience bar. Your weapon skill only gains exp when the weapon your are using is also gaining exp, Once the gun exp is maxed it unlocks extra bonuses for that gun. If you like the gan save it for PvP or hard PvE spots, but you need to use others to continue to lvl your weapon skill.

All my mods are blue and have III next to them instead of regular. my clip for it is 40+ and multiplier damage.
thats my baby, i will never let that gun go plus for some reason i could get purples and sometimes an orange on tier 3 boxes. now people are saying tier 4....any ideas or any places where u got good weapons

I like to mess around with that and a bull rushes for my pistol skill, but I have yet to come across one of power.

Zabuza, hate to tell you this, but Monarchs, are a joke to those who have the guts to stand as he stands, and shoot his chest.

I can kill it in 3 cycles with my Sawn Off, fully modded..

Chest, butt, chest, butt, chest, butt, dead. You don't need to use a grenade or heavy munitions, those are for large groups and only shine when combined with Deadly Cascade... or other Planeteers.

I also can 1 shot one with my wolf hound.

Mods are Burst Modifcation II((was my only purple...)) +6 burst count, Critical Barrel III +x2.5 crit. Ultimate Scope((For ****s and giggles)) and a recoil reduction thingy a stage III, which lowers recoil and bloom by about x1. The pistol moreless does about 2000+ per crit and pops 9 shots per click. so 1 shot 9 bullets, mass crit = dead Monarch :3
