lets clear up some things- DLC news talk

we will get 2 new weapon types, charge weapons and casthian blades

the new missions are a NEW story line, not a continuation of the Nim conflict, but something else

get a badass truck for free with the purchase of the dlc along with a lockbox containing what i presume are a charge weapon or weapons, and maybe some mods.

raptor will most likely be a vendor special and may see a new vendor for them, and character recustomization which will likely include a race change as well, most likely for bits

please post anything you think needs to cleared up with the recent news, and deep down inside we are all happy we are getting new content!

Pretty sure paid people will get the Raptor from a mission reward/pursuit/bought from a vendor. Otherwise they would have posted in the third second of the DLC info.

I actually had to read through it again to make sure I read it right. Heres to hoping it looks better than the Cerberus, which I still want even if its stripped of all weapons and replaced with two seats in the back

You're paying for achievements, a couple of story missions, and an opportunity to literally restart the game for frivilous visual change.

I am also thinking that Castithan will be the next race. No reason for it not to be.
I do also think that there is a completely different storyline to play with them. Maybe not as indepth as a Ark Hunter but still a separate story line to play.
vehicle is another thing...no idea where they might go on that.
Blades they have said yes to so I assume that will be early dlc.

I still would like to see the continuation of the Von Bach storyline though. Since he is tied into the Ark Hunter stroy that should be expanded in all 5 DLC to come. it does not have to be a ton of stuff for that but at least a few hours to play out...like 20 hours but that is doubtful.

Not to thrilled about the Castithan race. Although everyone knew this was a must for the game in the first 5 DLCs they just seem way to ****ing emo for my taste and are pretty much just reskinned humans with white faces. Although the payed for DLC content seems tempting im not sure its enough to actually dish out the money for seeing how most of the content is going to be free except for the arena and Mission they will be putting in.
