Who's actually considering to restart as a new race?

Really? how many are interested of it.

1. You cant see the new "race" char when wearing costumes anyways.
2. You would have to do all the pursuit, keycode, EGO, Ego level, Weapon skill grind again for looks you never see.
3. You cant do the alredy removed episodic and pursuit content.

Unless they plan to limit the charge blades for the new race only (really bad move).. .there is basically no reason for existign players to restart. Thats an option for new players.

Unless they provide us an option to "change" existing char race 1x for free on release (for DLC owners).

It would make sense o na traditional mmorpg - where yo uwould have different skills, quests, buffs, animations and stats... but not here.

I might do it, depending on how it looks..... we'll see. Sounds as though there are Castithan versions of outfits, which is different and interesting enough that I'll keep an eye open; besides, what else am I gonna do? Once I complete all my pursuits on Sin, I might as well get a second character going. If nothing else, it'll double how much time I can spend running contracts on a given day.

If they had a completely different EGO set and completely different look.
Then yes.

At least, something so unique that the gameplay changed with them.

Would be totally cool if they did introduce some Aliens with different stats / hitboxes.. Although then they would have to be in the show. So, unlikely..

Im definately going to roll a 3rd character when this drops. I just enjoy playing the game, repetativeness takes a rather long time to set in for me. I have 5 playthroughs on borderlands and will be starting a 6th with krieg as well. Games like this never bore me and are great time killers

I would rather they release a new race that actually looks like a new species and not humanoid

I only play as human characters, because I am a boring person. They could release elves with jetpacks and I wouldn't care.

I've been planning to to do since they announced there would be a new DLC race.

It's also the reason why I didn't spend much time playing my current character once I've completed all missions.

I'm not considering it all. Why would I want to me some emo looking generic human? They could have been somewhat innovative and used a different species but no they went for the obvious and most boring. Now just like with the costumes and vehicles we just have multiple reskins and color variations of the same thing... Pure laziness here.
