My AR is 20, just checked claim items to see this... its not from the arkfall codes, any ideas?

I think it is something to do with there system thinking you have just achieved the relevant arc code level. I had a few random +1 skills show up and then a few days later I had email congratulating me on gaining that arc hunter level
My skill with non-Euclidian geometry is unparalleled
