season pass how to install?

I bought the season pass from the PlayStation store but in game I get nothing, don't u get a lockbox for buying it?

You'll have to submit a ticket for the lockbox. I didn't get mine and neither did my friend. So we submitted tickets and got our poopy green weapons lol they only gave us t2 boxes. Doesn't seem like much of a bonus for pre ordering lol

Give it a few days, once I got mine I didn't receive the cap nor the lockbox but after couple of days I got mine + free 10% loot bonus.

I had to go to live chat to get the box, the cap, and confirmation that I was really registered for the pass. They really should notify you in some way, but they don't.
