If a charged blade is something you hold and charge up i would think while charging cloak would not be up.

All the charge blades that have appeared on the show turn on and off instantaneously.

Thank god I am married. I ask for $10 and I get laid so life is well. Sorry yours is a craptastic one maybe find someone with your personal enjoyments.

Ohh and $10 for a tangible item that you will process in a couple of hours versus a game that can bring enjoyment and possibly a stress relief.

Well, Decoy warp or Overcharge + Charge Blade seems like fun to me. The only thing that might prevent Cloak + blade being OP might be reducing movement speed slightly while invisible - A chance to run away.
