Still havent seen one that actually has stats or can even be applied. So they exist just like the force its all around us but only the jedi devs actually can get them to work... YAY!!!

With as bugged as Arkfalls are right now we can just scratch those off the list of places to get "legendary" gear for the weekend.

This thread is hilarious. Now, the first thing that came to my mind when Sledge stated he got one at 223 ego, was, hmmmm, I wonder how twinkling his character was... he probably had the Clan boost, the Self boost, and the Group loot boost bonus active. Which would be 10+7+5=22% bonus loot. Not only that, but seriously, if he's that deep on the inside, he probably has... well, I've encountered something horribly glitched before. Like when you defeat the matron on Island of Lost Soldiers in under three minutes and it glitches out, and you need to have the entire group die and then beat the matron again... and I didn't get the pursuit to pop, so I complained about it in a bug report, and later when I logged in, the pursuit was completed. This leads me to believe the server gods can push in game mechanic buttons all they want.
So yeah, I'll buy that sledge got one, especially when he was EGO 223 in the first week of gaming, back when we were all twinkling and rolling in arkfall keycodes, sure.
I have got three oranges, all in the same day, at around 2055 EGO from tier 3 lockboxes. Never before and never since. They were purchased with resources... which, by the way I refuse to keep bits on my character ever, because of how lockboxes give you a chance to buy with bits on every lockbox you buy, and I'd despise myself if I paid real world cash for something you can earn easily in game, even by accident. So back when I checked out bits to be nice to my clan or whatever, I made a point to dump them on inventory slots after just to get them out of my way...
But this entire conversation is overrated anyway. My three orange weapons aren't as good as purples I get all day and night. The orange color makes you feel good, but their random nature combined with their absolute rarity, tends to make them crap anyways, haha.
EDIT: On a final note, WHY DO YOU DO THIS STUFF ON THE WEEKENDS?!?!?!?! On the weekends every kid who is out of school logs in at the same time, everybody who has a difficult job and wants to do some gaming on the weekend has time to play then, and bogs down the servers to no end, so badly that I was having problems completing the dodge challenger races and such, due to server lag timing out the goal posts. And never mind how many car noobs will be circling arkfalls... they're just not worth chasing, even in San Fran. I try to avoid playing on the weekends. So bonus weekend loot? That feels more like an insult than anything.
