Defiance: Bonus Loot Weekend! (5/10 - 5/13)

It's not content but my point still stands. It's ridiculous to suggest that Trion has to keep track of other "bonus" weekends for games and make sure they have the only bonus weekend for a shooter. Hell, wouldn't it even make MORE sense to do it this weekend so people would want to play Defiance more since they can get better loot?

This weekend rather than another weekend? No, not when so many other higher profile games including free games are doing it at the same time. It's not going to contribute to the goal of what they are attempting that's for sure. Enjoy it though, I'll be playing some of the other games doing their own bonuses this weekend instead.

Ahh...Sorry Sledge, I misread that. Thought it meant it wasn't showing the stacking, so if you had 10% you would still only see 10%. Didn't realize it wasn't showing the percentage on the free boost at all even with no active prior boosts etc.

Neverwinter Online has double astralia diamonds this weekend.
Battlefield 3 has double XP this weekend.

i am 8th prestige in black ops 2 and dont care about that game anymore since defiance is way better. i hate black ops 2 1 reason hackers. there is almost no games without hackers. my BO2 experience was fun but the hackers basically forced me to play combat training to beat noobs who didnt hack or play bots. so just play defiance you wont miss black ops 2 like me after you have predigested 8 times.

You probably haven't came across any; yet, but they do have hackers in Defiance as well.
I'm not saying, "Don't play Defiance."; I'm just making a statement. I'm in love with Defiance dispite ALMOST everything negative that has been said about the game. Just trying to say Hackers are everywhere.

Umm whats the % of boost? I don't understand why you guys hate giving us numbers that matter lol... If its a 30% boost + 10% stack I may drop a bill, but if its like 5% + 10% points, no thanks.

Well, my UI still says 0% loot boost. Logged out and back in etc. No change. It's 4:40pm here on the west coast.

Note:You will not see a % boost shown on the in-game UI. If you have a Loot Boost active, the increase will stack, but again the % increase will not be shown on the UI. (It will continue to read 10%) But we have verified the loot bonus will and is stacking.

Hey so I am new here, but you seem to be a guy that doesn't play this game yet spends a lot of time on said games forums badmouthing the game. I think you need to put that effort into a girlfriend, or a boyfriend, whatever you are into dude. It's pretty sad what you are doing.

Also you say "I'll be playing some of the other games doing their own bonuses this weekend instead" okay uhh, what makes those games bonuses any more enticing than Defiance? I bet there are a number of trolls just like you on the Neverwinter forums and Black Ops II forums saying the same thing.

Also the fact that you are trying to compare an MMORPG to an MMOTPS to an FPS is pretty amusing. You do realize that those are three entirely different gametypes that draw entirely different crowds, and basically people will play whichever one they choose to play this weekend and get a bonus right? Oh and GASP a weekend is a long time, its entirely possible to play more than one game and reap the benefits.

Still though bro, find a girlfriend/boyfriend. You seem to need another output in your life.
