You are comparing Apples to freaking cars...
I can also spot poor service and terrible work a mile away... The thing is.. I don't spot that here.. The service has been excellent.. They communicate with the community much more than many Dev companies.. They came out with a public apology to the gamers.. Unprecedented..
They are very aware of what needs to be fixed and what the players are asking for.
I guarantee 100% I could walk into your hotel or one of your hotels and find something wrong with it or something I didn't like about it.
Programming a game > Working at/Running a Hotel
Your comparisons are also terrible... A hotel not having a bed is like this game not having guns.. it has guns..
Your also telling me in the entire history of your hotel or the one you work at.. it has never lost power? Can I move there!! Cause the weather conditions must be outstanding!!!
No one said you didn't have the right to complain... But if someone did have a problem with your services would you rather them
A. Cuss you out telling you how terrible you are and your a low life human and you shouldn't have the job you have you should go work at McDonalds...
or
B. Them politely approach you with their problem and give you a chance to correct it.
