A 20% discount sounds reasonable. Anything more than that may be overkill. Remember, this is an MMO, in theory you'll be doing these dailies every day for years, so if you were to get a discount, you'd need to look at it like a long-term investment.
I have 2 of the titles and am like 2 days away from getting a third so anything I say will be entirely self serving. That said it would be nice if the titles came with SOMETHING else, even if it were just an outfit.

I Have 3 Supplier, Enforcer, and Associate. They are expensive, I agree but they are that much so that not everybody gets them super quick. Most people buy weapons or Mod caches, but for those who Choose to save up get rewarded with a unique Title to show off instead of a Flashy new gun. (:

Nah. The titles should be awarded automatically when you reach max rep with that group. The rep itself should be like rep and not tokens and unlock weapons/mods in a tier based system.
