I bought the game week ago, But it says i still need to buy it on my account (PC)

I Pre-ordered the game and was able to play for the time period i was playing. However, i stopped playing about a month ago but now i want to play it again. So i went into my account and at the top right it said "BUY NOW" Even though i had already bought the game. No matter what i try i can't play it. Is it something i'm doing wrong?
Or is a bug? Please respond.

Did you get it through steam? I had to take the key from steam and acticate it in my trion account.
