Damage points set to on is a huge benefit

Just wondering as my search results came up with nothing.

Who likes to use damage points set to "on"?

I do as it lets me know more clearly if I'm getting crits and how successful my current weapon is.

what are your guys thoughts and preferences?

for those that dont what I'm talking about you can toggle on the damage your dealing to pop up like on borderlands where when you shoot an enemy the number showing the damage you've dealt will float off of the enemy.

I turned it on right away. It was on by default in the beta, and I really wanted to make sure I was doing damage. The dudes that only take damage in their backpack/whatever show the value of seeing numbers when the right spot is hit...

Used damage points on for.. well, ever. Feels weird when I don't use it. But yeah, for crit & general damage evaluation.

Yeah I have has it on since I first got the game..

It's surprising how many people don't know about this... They just shoot hellbugs anywhere and don't realize there are even crit points on most enemies.

It was the 1st thing I did, is that why people are complaining about weakened weapons because they don't know there are crits?
but anyone who has played any other shooter before should know the aim for the head/glowing weak spot rule right?

Yeah I, have it on. Didn't have it for the first week or so. Tried it and never going back.

Once I turned it on I couldn't imagine going back.
