Shadow War Profiteering bugged?

Anyone else having problems with Shadow War Profiteering II? Specifically the part that requires you to destroy 50 enemy vehicles? I have been stuck on 21/50 for a while now.. All day today and yesterday I have been attempting to get more. I know as a FACT in the last couple games I have killed at LEAST 6-7 vehicles positively by my doing. I have killed people while they were off their quads and on their quads and neither seen to count. I am a goal hunter and this is EXTRAORDINARILY frustrating. Am I alone on this or not?

I got it done fairly easily by destroying both quads and cerb's. It's not killing people on a vehicle. You have to make the vehicle blow up/get the killing blow on it. Try going to one of the spawn points of a cerberus and kill one directly before anybody drives it. See if that makes the counter go to 22.

I found that people had to be inside the quad for it to count...
I never checked cerberus's though.

Sorry, I should have specified. I have been targeting the vehicles and not the people. For instance I JUST stuck a quad with 4 nades, blew it, watched the tires fly off of it.. Went and checked and I am still at 21.
