coop datarecroder glitch

seems do to a glitch i finished my pursuits on 5 maps. i picked up 2 data recs and the game counted it as finished. now i got non lagite pursuits and cant unlock 5 data recs im missing. anyway to undo this and reearn it.

I think your best bet is to get on to the live chat support over at https://support.trionworlds.com/ The GMs there have always been able to help me quickly. I also had an issue with a data recorder where I'd picked it up but not received credit for it and they were able to advance the pursuit for me.

Also, what's "lagite". I'm usually pretty good at understanding words with typos, but this one has me stumped.

sorry bad typing. uesing a xbox not pc. dos that livechat work on xbox internet explore. dont have a computer.

Had the same problem myself with the Angel Island data recorders. I picked up the first one, and then it gave me credit for all 3 of the logs that I had never picked up, and now I can't pick them up and the pursuit is finished. Using the Xbox 360 IE app as well. I'll have to try the Live Chat when I get a chance.
