Face of mankind is a 3D science fiction mmorpg. The game focuses heavily on player driven content. It will feature player created factions, a territory control system, and a lot of other features. They want to challenge the status quote by letting players decide the consequences for actions and by creating and defining their own mission rewards

the developers have put up a kickstarter campaign in order to help fund the development.

It's worth a look if you're looking for a new kind of MMO in the near future.

I don't remember being too impressed by the original FoM, but hopefully this one can be better. I support anything with open pvp and territory control.

Yeah, they are basically remaking the game. Which is a good thing.

Meh, I don't care much for sci-fi. I only like Defiance because of the TV show. Otherwise, I prefer to stick to Fantasy for my gaming. Swords are always more fun than guns. Yes, even laser guns.

That new game "Camelot: Unchained" sounds pretty badass. It's also a kickstarter campaign right now, sounds a lot like this FoM game you're talking about but Fantasy.
