I did indeed pre-order from gamestop. When I redeemed the code Trion said it was correct and that I would be emailed an access code for the beta. However no such email was ever sent to me. And it has been over a 12 hours now. It should have come right away. There is no reason they should make people wait for what they have guaranteed them. That is a horrible way of doing business.

I have sent an email to support about the issue. Yet I have not heard a word in return...though they did say it could take up to 24 hours to respond. Still...not pleased that I have not gotten a reply.

Now I am stuck with the error that so many others are facing. This is just one bad thing after another.

The error is nothing. It takes a few tries sometimes to get it but it doesn't permanently lock you out. If the error pops up and sends you back to the title screen then just immediately press start and try again. Usually doesn't take more thand 2-3 tries. At least not for me.

I guarntee you are prob 12 because i have gw2 been on the stress test and yeah it sucked but be happy your playing it before anyone else... they hammer the servers till they fail. to know what they can hold and you are sitting there *****ing because you can't play **** you

Really? A beta? Omg I didn't know that!!!! Don't even feel being sarcastic today, well, anyway, did ps3 "beta" have this lag? No, I don't recall it did. So can you explain ps3's beta being smooth?

PS3 has been a mess online since the start. So nobody is online that much. Every gamer worth their weight knows the best online experience is on the Xbox.

You guys realize that its your job as beta testers to report isseuss with the game, so that when full version comes out there will be a limited amount of bugs. You have a job as a beta tester to understand that they are still developeing the game doing stress tests to make sure everything goes to plan on release day. To say that this is a glimpse of what will become of the game is foolish and immature- and you should know better if you where real beta testers and not just whinny little kids with xboxs. Would you rather there be issues in beta or at full release? Take your pick. Do your job, your a beta tester.

lag issues were fixed for me day 2, only had a few issues which i reported in game..I love how I can report it as soon as i run into it

I have tried the game on all platforms and was ready to pre-order (I never pre-order anything until I see reviews from actual players). On PC it was awesome other than the fact that it was almost empty the entire time of players for an MMO Beta the most I saw was maybe 30 and were not very friendly to other players i.e. I spent more time answering questions for others just starting b/c no one else would take a minute.. PS3 Was ok, but no one I know will play the PS3 version. I have some friends that will buy the XBox one if I decide to play but OMG no ammo, slow EGO pts no bit pts along putting aside just the regular old Beta test bugs like the main questline shutting the game out and having to redo it 3x on one spot.. Just isn't any fun at all esp comparing it to the awesome Beta on PC.. Sad.. I really did like the game...But not enough to spend that much $ on an MMO that doesn't look like it will be around very long after release

the lag was fixed for the server i am on. You just have to keep trying to connect the error goes away
