No No YOU are generating Hype for a beta because you are stupid, like the rest of the people *****ing. They want you to play the game so they can tackle the technical issues before the release...the main one is servers. Which is why we are seeing things go wrong.

Their million dollar ad campaigns generate the Hype. Their finished product will generate hype.

People like you generate the impossible and then cry abou it.

And as it stands this beta is unplayable. So I have stopped playing it and just standing there so they can collect all the data they want about server stress loads. Why give a mission a 2 or 3 in the feedback when they are all but impossible to complete? Am I crying? I do not believe so. I am pointing out legitimate issues within the game and all people can say is "Soon" or "Wait". I will play the beta when it is actually capable of being played.

Hmmm... so they said that it is possible to have the PS3, PC, and Xbox players all on the same servers playing. So I would think that it wouldn't be much of a surprise aka stress test needed for Xbox players, espcially given that we came in AFTER the other platform players.

I understand why some of you keep making excuses for Trion, but don't become uber fanbois trying to defend them. Also, if you're going to say, well they still needed to test the population numbers of Xbox players... then why did the initially plan to have only 1 day of beta? As they only extended bc of the community requesting it. Now, it seems that they in fact needed that favor/extension they gave us, which so many say we should be greatful for. *rolls eyes*

I detest the bandwagon and the whole "I couldn't have said it better myself" posts but there is sentiment in your post that I do agree with.

Based on what they presented here I would not even buy this for 20 bucks ! Its a giant lag/ glitch fest. Nothing works inagme starting from reloading to ending at invites. Frame-rate is abysmal, half of the time textures of whatever is in front of you simply fail to load or disappear completely cut-scenes are stuck in never-ending loop audio is out of sync. This looks more like an alpha than beta.

Exactly ! We were playing the same thing from what it seems! i cant even get off the fricking atv and enemies wont die when there are suppose to! it sucks because i really want it to play at least with less issues.

I played both the PS3 and Xbox betas. PS3 is definitely much smoother. The Xbox has so many issues it's hardly playable. I've pre-ordered the Xbox version of the game and I seriously hope the lag and glitches will be sorted out in the full game. I realize that this beta isn't a representation of the full game, but it's admittedly a concern when 1 platform seriously outperforms the other in beta testing.

I'll keep playing and hoping that Trion tweaks the servers to make it so the game performs better on the Xbox soon.

Watching the PC being played sure does look like a different game then Xbox. He is not having any lag and no problem finding ammo. For being released in 11 days I am slightly concerned for a smooth release.

For sure the ps3 beta is smoother but it has its share of issues as well. Missing sound files, major lag on voice overs, missing notifications and others. Even still, they are way different consoles so they are going to have different issues.

Remember that this is still first day, and in the ps3 beta, they did server maintenance after about 9 hours that made a big difference. If nobody plays the beta they can't fix any of the problems. Simple, you all know this already.

The entitled loud mouths here are kinda fun to read but are sort of annoying. Make any excuse you want, argue whatever semantics you want but in the end you know it's a beta and trying to say that beta status for a laggy game is no excuse and that it should already be running perfectly is just dumb. Either suck it up and quit being a douchy cry baby or piss off.

Should have a age limit on Beta's lol They have no idea what a Beta is for. People think a Beta is a ready to go game. Reason why they let us test the severs before the game comes out.

A Beta Tester is expected to note any errors they find with the product, how they caused it, and what happened, so the developer can reproduce this and then fix it.

I really hope they can iron out the wrinkles in the Xbox 360 version. I am already in love with this series and have invested some time watching the streams.

I am sure Trion is more than aware of everything going wrong and is on top of it. Give it some time people. I am as eager as you are!
