Wow, another pc person who has no clue what they are talking about. If you actually had the facts you would know why.

Xbox lag is so bad that I got through the first area and had to stop because I couldn't stand how poor it was anymore. For the PC I didn't even experience any lag when I popped out of the starting area and into an area that had several dozen other people running around. In the Xbox version there were maybe 10 people and it was awful. I know this is beta but the Xbox has a long way to go before release. 11 days is probably not going to be enough unless some sort of miracle happens.
So you are saying they paid the voice actors twice too?
    Why would they do that?

Different voice overs, different weapons, different enemies is not how scaling works.

Not saying that they paid the voice actor twice.. I'm saying that they are using a version for the Xbox that is older than what is being used for the PC. The PC version was polished after the last beta most likely and they haven't had time to fix up everything for the Xbox yet.

You are right the Alpha and beta should not be compared.

My brother is on his xbox playing the beta right beside me on my PC on the beta they look and feel very different. PC may be more up to date.

i saw a video on youtube from IGN it was about hour long, and the dev that said that all 3 versions where build from the ground up on all 3 platforms?

Its different versions of the game. Entirely. What devs do (they did it with this) is that when the beta is built, the voice acting isnt completely done, so they record small voiceovers just as filler. Think of it as verbal Lorem Ipsum.

They will throw random loot and finished enemies in areas.

The xbox is an older version of the Beta. Its on par with how the PC Alpha was.

I get that completely which is basically what I was originally saying. What I don't understand is why? Why would have testing done on a version of the game that has already undergone a ton of changes? I am under NDA, so I can't specifically talk about all the differences as they aren't physically listed in the different beta versions.

They need to fix the lag to make it playable. Then they need to get us the up to date version of this game so we can actually do some serious testing.

NDA was lifted today on all versions.

I know most of the differences, but the reason this happens is due to work effort. In other game betas I have been apart of, we would bring an issue up to the devs, they would respond with "that has been fixed for final copy, this is an older version". So I guess I cant say %100 why.

They just said in the Live stream that this is basically a stress test for Xbox. He mentioned server stress testing a few times now.
