How to activate Pre-order content?

Hi,

how do I activate the pre-order content (e.g. title, outfit etc.) When in-game there is no alternate outfit and title for me at the moment.

Are you supposed to be able to activate that in beta? I just assumed that, since it's just beta, none of that stuff would be available yet.

You can't. It's a Beta. You can claim your items in the full release.

Does this mean characters also get wiped?

Yes, characters will be wiped as we're only playing the beta test just now. When the game is released we will all have to create new character. I just use this as a chance to try out powers that I won't be using when the game comes out.

Good point, although, i saw some characters with outfits and vehicles from the defiance store already, but it appears that when we try to buy bits from the store, there is a string missing, or we need to update our account, so we can't buy bits for now, at least i can't. Anyone knows how to buy from the in game store please?

I played the whole game from A to Z as an Alpha and beta tester at least 5 times
I saw every single outfits and vehicles from mission rewards that exists so far, including the ones from episode missions.
Today i saw a Nomad, zebra black and white camo truck, and a special woodland hunter armor on someone.
Both are only available from the in game store. And the store is now open in the beta.
Thats why i wanted to know how can we buy bits.
