Cant find Jon Cooper, Pls help

Ok so I finished the game, all the quests that were available to me about a week or so ago before I left for vacation. Im back now and it says that the THE IRATHIENT VAGABOND thing is available starting today, maybe not quite yet im not sure. But in any event it says to find Cooper to start it off, I cant seem to locate him, or any major npc for that matter. I have not restarted the campaign, I can do that if I want but id perfer not, atleast not unless I had to. So where should I go to find him at this point in the game? Also maybe its just me but I cant seem to ever find the episodic quests, ever since I finished the first few before the tv series started, I havent ever seen any since, can someone help me out? Thanks a bunch!

You shouldn't be seeing the newest episode quest until after tonights episode. I know, they got a bit ahead of themselves me thinks.. cuz I haven't seen it either.

However.. Jon Cooper SHOULD be up by Iron Demon Ranch if he holds true to form

Ok but should he be there even when the quest isnt available? Because right now hes not, and Shondu isnt at their place of residence either, the only character I seem to be able to locate is the captain/commander whatever he was from the very beginning of the game.

You'll see an episode mission icon on the map where you start it. (like a main mission icon but with a star instead). It's possible that the missions aren't active yet on some platforms. I know it's active on PC, EU at least.

Ok thats good to know but is this the very first episodic quest since the original ones or were there ones before? I ask because if there was, i've never seen them before.

It's the first ones since the "prologue" episode missions, yeah.
